Collagen and Protein Berry Smoothie

Servings: 2

  • 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened macadamia or almond milk (or water)
  • 5-6 tbsp 100% grass-fed whey protein powder, unflavored
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
  • Fresh berries, to garnish


Preparation

  1. Combine macadamia, whey protein powder, collagen, cinnamon, strawberries, and blueberries; blend at high speed. Add more macadamia milk or water if necessary.
  2. Serve in tall glasses, garnished with fresh berries and mint leaves.
