Do you know the benefits of eating wild salmon? It has a lot more omega-3s than farmed salmon! Unlike the latter, wild salmon doesn’t contain any hormones or toxic chemicals. Salmon is known to be a great source of protein, vitamins and minerals. This dish will bring healthy protein into your diet while still keeping it delicious! You can have a side dish with quinoa that is high in fiber which can lower cholesterol levels. You can also eat it with shirataki noodles made in white sauce and fresh vegetables!
This meal combines quinoa or rice with a flavorful wild salmon topped with garlic slices.
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb wild salmon(preferably from Alaska)
