Use organic ingredients

Note: I use organic ingredients and grass-fed meats as much as possible. This way, I can get beneficial nutrients and avoid harmful pesticides, hormones, and chemicals that affect our thyroid and health in general.

Preparation of spring rolls

    1. Take lettuce and cut the bottom part of its head.
    2. Carefully peel away each leaf.
    3. Next, wash and dry the lettuce.
    4. Peel the carrot and slice cucumber (don’t forget to remove the seeds). Cut all into strips.
    5. Soften the rice wrappers by following the directions on the package.
    6. Fill the rolls with lettuce, asparagus, alfalfa sprouts, carrot sticks, avocado, and cucumber.
Note: You can add more protein like chicken or salmon(previously cooked) if you want.
