Fill it with healthy organic ingredients and serve it with fruits, veggies, and sweet potato fries. Voila! You have a nutritious and balanced meal ready.

How to Make Sandwich With Gluten-free Bread?

Let’s explore how to make the perfect gluten-free sandwich.
Ingredients

  • Gluten-free bread(2 slices)
  • Mustard and/or mayonnaise(made with olive oil)to taste
  • Organic roasted turkey(2 slices)
  • Organic alfalfa sprouts(to taste)
  • 1 tomato(cut it into small slices)
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado(cut into small slices)
  • Olives
  • Feta cheese(1 slice crumbled)
  • Blackberries (you can use raspberries or strawberries as well)
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Use Organic Ingredients

Note: I use organic ingredients and grass-fed meats as much as possible. This way, I can get beneficial nutrients and avoid harmful pesticides, hormones, and chemicals that affect our thyroid and health in general.

Sandwich Preparation

  1. Lightly toast two pieces of gluten-free bread.
  2. Spread mustard and/or mayonnaise on both toasts.
  3. Place turkey, alfalfa sprouts, and tomato over a toast.
  4. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
  5. Put avocado and tomato slices, olives, and crumbled feta cheese on another toast.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and a bit of olive oil.
  7. Serve it with blackberries and vegetables (asparagus and/or broccoli).
