- Oat Flour
- Cassava Flour
- Eggs
- Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
- Egg Wash (Egg mixed with Water)

How to Make Oatmeal Bread Rolls
1. Put all dry ingredients in a large glass bowl and combine them very well.
2. Add the eggs and the yogurt or cottage cheese to the mixing bowl.
3. Mix it very well with your hands or with a big spoon until you form a soft dough.
4. Divide the dough into 4 parts and make 4 rolls(Flaten them a little bit with your hands).
5. Brush the upper part of the rolls with an egg wash(mixed with water) and sprinkle some oats, poppy, or sesame seeds.
6. Transfer the 4 rolls to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (350 F) for 25- 30 minutes until they are golden brown.
7. Take the oatmeal bread rolls to a wire rack and let them cool for at least 25 minutes.
