  • 1 Organic Greek yogurt (low fat or nonfat)
  • Monk fruit to taste

How to Make Greek Yogurt Dessert

  1. Mash a few berries and add them to the yogurt with some monk fruit to your taste.
  2. Transfer the flavored yogurt to a nice bowl or tall glass.
  3. Decorate with grated chocolate, fruits, and nuts.
