Greek Yogurt dessert

Are you craving some easy-to-make, mouth-watering dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings? How about a combination of organic greek yogurt and fruits? 

I don’t know what it is about the thickness of the texture that is so addicting, but I can’t get enough! 

My favorite thing to do when making a bowl of Greek yogurt for myself is to add a couple of tablespoons of monk fruit and some fresh fruit pieces (usually raspberries or strawberries). 

It’s such an easy way to make something healthy taste delicious. Combine the yumminess with some fruits and chocolates if you like, and you’ve got an amazing dessert ready.

How to Make Greek Yogurt Dessert?

If ice creams, sundaes, and cold shakes are your cup of tea, then you’re sure to have a blast with this too. Here is how you go about it: 

Ingredients

  • Fresh organic raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries
  • 1 organic greek yogourt (low fat or nonfat)
  • Monk fruit to taste
  • cinnamon
  • Thinner chocolate pieces (sugar-free)

Preparation

  1. Mash a few berries and add them to the yogurt with some monk fruit to your taste.
  2. Transfer the flavored yogurt to a nice bowl or tall glass.
  3. Decorate with grated chocolate, fruits, and nuts.
