Use Organic Ingredients

Note: I use organic ingredients and grass-fed meats as much as possible. This way, I can get beneficial nutrients and avoid harmful pesticides, hormones, and chemicals that affect our thyroid and health in general.
Preparation
  1. Use a strainer to discard the water and transfer the miracle noodles to a hot pot.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and fry the ground beef and chicken separately in a skillet at low temperature. Transfer the ingredients to a plate.
  3. Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce into a big pot and transfer the cooked meat, chicken, and onion mix from the frying pan.
  5. Put all the herbs, carrots, celery, leeks, and garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Wash the mushrooms and soak them in hot water (separate the liquid and strain the content to use in the sauce).
  7. Finely chop the dried mushrooms and add them to the sauce. Stir well.
  8. Place the wine, strained mushroom liquid, chicken broth, and additional water if the sauce is too thick.

  10. Let the sauce boil at a low temperature for 45 minutes.
  11. Stir the sauce from time to time and check the flavor. Adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.
