Fresh wild COD is the star of this one-pan yummy dish. The white fish is simmered in a crushed tomato, a pinch of salt and pepper, semi-white and broth with fresh bell peppers, and sour cream for a welcome tang.
A light meal that is quick and easy to make and can be customized according to your preference.
When done simmering, you can garnish it with fresh cilantro, serve, and enjoy!

How to Make Fish Stew?

Note: I use organic ingredients and grass-fed meats as much as possible. This way, I can get beneficial nutrients and avoid harmful pesticides, hormones, and chemicals that affect our thyroid and health in general.
Delicious and so healthy! Simmered it without the lid on, to reduce the liquid a little more.
This is a delicious dish for a cold night or a light meal on any day of the week! Can have it with side dishes like steamed vegetables and roasted sweet potatoes for additional fiber to your diet. Try it and enjoy!
