- Ground chicken
- Ground chicken sausages
- Egg
- Onion powder
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Macadamia flour
- Baking powder
- Avocado oil
- Organic pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Green and red pepper
- Broccoli
- Asparagus
- Mushrooms
- Olives
How to Make Chicken Crust Pizza
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ground chicken sausage, egg, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, macadamia flour and baking powder.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with avocado oil.
- Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Press it into a round or rectangular pizza shape, about 1/4-inch thick. This will be your pizza crust.
- Bake the crust at 480 °F for 4 to 6 minutes or until it’s firm and slightly golden around the edges. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Spread a thin layer of organic pizza sauce over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add green and red bell peppers, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, and olives.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your chicken crust pizza!
