Use Organic Ingredients
Note: I use organic ingredients and grass-fed meats as much as possible. This way, I can get beneficial nutrients and avoid harmful pesticides, hormones, and chemicals that affect our thyroid and health in general.
Preparation
- Use a strainer to discard the water and transfer the miracle noodles to a hot pot.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and fry the ground beef and chicken separately in a skillet at low temperature. Transfer the ingredients to a plate.
- Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour the tomato sauce into a big pot and transfer the cooked meat, chicken, and onion mix from the frying pan.
- Put all the herbs, carrots, celery, leeks, and garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Wash the mushrooms and soak them in hot water (separate the liquid and strain the content to use in the sauce).
- Finely chop the dried mushrooms and add them to the sauce. Stir well.
- Place the wine, strained mushroom liquid, chicken broth, and additional water if the sauce is too thick.
- Taste the flavor. If the tomato has a strong acidic taste, use ¼-1 teaspoon of baking soda. Add 1/4 teaspoon first and taste before adding more.
- Let the sauce boil at a low temperature for 45 minutes.
- Stir the sauce from time to time and check the flavor. Adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.
- Add chopped parsley. Stir well and continue cooking at low temperature for 5 more minutes.
- Put 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese before serving it (optional)
- Serve this dish with broccoli, asparagus, or any other steamed vegetable.
